HOW I STARTED WHAT I DO TODAY

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With nothing.

Living out of my car, flat broke, eating the BARE minimum food to survive.

I started making content using the cheapest smartphone I could get my hands on. I told myself, "I'm going to make a video every single day and upload it." Not a single day missed since. This began in May of 2023.

 

I had nothing but my body and a daily routine.

3-4 workouts a day.

Tracking what little food I ate.

Journaling.

Making videos.

Simply sharing my mindset and teaching people how I helped myself overcome the internal fear and darkness that I lived in.

I slept in my car in the freezing winter, then in the exhausting heat in the summer.

Ants had made a nest in the hood of my car during the hot months. They would get inside and crawl on me while I slept - dripping in sweat, grimy, going weeks on end without showering. Wearing the same clothes with sneakers that had holes in the bottoms.

I would get up in the dark early morning, stand outside, piss, and stare into space as my stomach growled. Looking at yet another day of being broke and battling extreme hunger and discomfort. I'd start my day with multiple sets of jump squats to failure.

I never allowed myself to eat anything until after my 2 morning workouts. I'd break my fast and reward myself with food only AFTER squeezing everything I had into my first 2 training sessions.

I ate the exact same things every day for months - a can of beans or tuna, 12 servings of natural peanut butter, half a lemon, and salt.

To me, it was a privilege and a gift to even be able to eat.

I'd have to walk out of stores without paying, praying I'd make it out the door. Praising God when I did. Sending so much gratitude above, assuring I'd make the best use of the energy I got from this food.

This simple, minimal food was the only external pleasure I had. Every bite was savored, eaten slowly and deliberately.

When I hit my bare minimum protein requirement in a 400-1000+ calorie deficit, I forced myself to stop eating.

Craving more and still hungry, I'd get ready for my 3rd workout.

All these months that I was flat broke, homeless, and nearly hopeless, I NEVER ONCE took a day off.

Never once have I skipped my early wake up, morning routine, or multiple workouts. Even when I had Salmonella. Even when I got caught shoplifting and was escorted out by police with everyone watching. Even while for SO many months, I made daily videos and KEPT SHOWING UP with NO SUPPORT and NO FRUITS for any of the work I was doing.

It essentially came to a point where I died inside. I stopped caring.

I released all attachments to any outcome.

I no longer cared about "being happy". I no longer cared about all the dreams and ambitions I desired for my future. I no longer cared what people thought about me.

I endured this daily suffering for so long that I stopped wishing for salvation to come.

I simply lived movement by moment, completely detached from any expectation for the future.

I completely surrendered to the Source, to the universe, to God. I learned that it’s not about ME.

The plan of the Source, of that higher power, will always be the one that prevails. No matter WHAT I want to happen.

I'd always look up and say...

"YOUR way, not mine."

"As long as I'm with YOU, that's all that matters."

I knew my calling was greater than me. I knew the pain and suffering would serve a greater purpose.

Answering that daily internal call and living in full alignment with my greatest version was the only thing that fulfilled me - no matter WHAT I received back on the outside.

It seemed like nothing would change. I simply accepted that this suffering was my reality. I overcame it each day and EARNED my internal freedom with positive actions.

After over half a year of living this way and making daily content, one of my videos blew up on TikTok.

It was called "WHEN BEING WEAK WAS NO LONGER AN OPTION", where I briefly spoke about my experience being incarcerated a couple years before.

People started looking back at all the videos I'd been making, and I began gaining a rapid following.

I had been doing what I do for so long with ZERO fruits that I was completely detached from any outcome.

Positive or negative, it didn't even matter to me.

It didn't matter who supported me, who praised me, or who criticized me.

It didn't change how I operated.

I had learned to cultivate INTERNAL VALIDATION through my daily routine and the way that I lived.

Nothing on the outside could replace the FEELING of an earned high vibration - the internal reward from the Source, from the universe, from God.

The KNOWING that I'd done everything in my power to walk in full alignment with my higher calling FOR THAT DAY. That I SACRIFICED and willingly experienced pain TO THE MAX in order to serve a greater good.

This continues to be the only thing that earns me internal peace.

This contentment is cultivated from my daily routine.

The one that I've always had.

The one that I leaned on when I had NOTHING.

Before any recognition, before any support, before any money, this routine was all that I had.

The early wake up. The morning process. The workouts. The fasting. The simple food. The journaling.

It was the only thing that kept me sane, gave me peace, and temporarily freed me from the darkness that I lived in.

I learned that EVERYTHING is cultivated from within.

It doesn't matter WHAT the outside world looks like. It doesn't matter how much darkness lies ahead of you. It doesn't matter how much pain and scarcity seems to be your reality.

The ANSWERS are ALL WITHIN.

The peace, the clarity, the internal freedom that you seek - it's already accessible to you now.

You must simply EARN it.

How?

With POSITIVE ACTION.

I "earned it" after I crushed that 2nd, 3rd, 4th workout - my nervous system just SPENT to the max.

When I ate in a massive caloric deficit AGAIN, still hungry and forcing myself to stop eating.

When I made yet ANOTHER video while still broke, hungry, dirty, and receiving no support from all the ones I'd made the days before.

This is what validated me. Doing MORE with LESS. Showing myself and the Source that I’d put in the work TO THE MAX despite NOTHING going my way.

I never quit. I never gave up. I never stopped doing what I knew I was being called to do.

I earned a high vibration every single day with my NON-NEGOTIABLE daily routine.

I did everything in my power - FOR THE DAY - to build myself and align with my strongest version.

This is what allowed me to temporarily vibrate above the fear and pain.

When I completed these positive daily tasks, I cultivated everything INSIDE me that I THOUGHT I needed from the outside.

The love. The abundance. The peace. The clarity. The joy. The strength.

It all became accessible to me when I EARNED a high vibration.

It's a reward from the Source. From the universe. From God. For showing up and doing EVERYTHING in your power to be the best YOU and serve a greater good.

A high frequency state positively colors your perception of reality.

I earned this state every single day by SHOWING myself who I was with ACTIONS.

Now I teach others to do the same.

I believe each one of us has a unique calling in this lifetime.

I want you to realize that YOU'RE the one who holds all the answers.

Simply by aligning your energy through your daily actions and habits, you cultivate the clarity that you need. You find everything within yourself that you were looking for on the outside.

It's all vibration, energy, and frequency.

Once YOU are right on a vibrational level, the world outside you becomes right. Life happens from the inside out, not the other way around.

That light is generated from WITHIN.

I'm living proof that pulling yourself out of the darkness is possible. And I'm here to guide you to do the same.

 

Step into your power. Take full accountability for where you are in your life right now. Stop the finger pointing, the blaming, the victim mentality.

It doesn't matter WHAT happened in the past, what's happening in the present, or what the future holds.

At the end of the day, YOU cultivate the freedom and answers you seek from within.

Earn it.

Take the actions YOU KNOW will make you proud of yourself.

Do the workout.

Cut the bad habits you know aren’t serving you.

Eat the right foods.

Share the love and positivity you’ve cultivated with others.

It all starts from within YOU.

MY DAILY ROUTINE 

- Wake up between 1:00am-3:30am. Use bathroom, drink water.

- LEG ROUTINE - Jump Squats, Switching Jump Lunges, Side Lunges, Kick / Footwork Drills, Shadowboxing / Bag Work, Knuckle Conditioning, Lateral Hip Raises. (Emphasis on HIIT style training, lower body endurance, explosive strength, balance, coordination, and self defense. No caffeine, food, or engaging with social media beforehand.)

- Film video for social media stories following workout ("CRUSHED the mothaf*ckin leg routine yet again...")

 

- Upload main captioned video from day before on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok

 

- Perform 2nd workout as the sun's coming up, usually following a black coffee or black tea. (Emphasis on hypertrophy & strength training using a combination of free weights and calisthenics.)

 

- Break intermittent fast upon completing 2nd workout, typically around late morning or afternoon. (1 meal, sometimes spaced out across 2.) Nutritious and natural whole foods, mostly single ingredient. Total calories / macros logged for the day.

 

- Coaching calls, designing personal programs, creating/editing content throughout the day.

 

- Perform 3rd workout with an emphasis on hypertrophy in the afternoon/early evening. (Usually a smaller muscle group like shoulders or arms.)

 

- Film main video for next day, usually with more stories / sending out good a** energy

 

- 4th small final workout most days, mainly to keep the vibration up. (Typically forearms, abs, or neck.)

 

- Tai Chi / Qi Gong practice in the evening

 

- Stretches / yoga poses before going to bed
